Vodafone wanted to announce their new Pay As You Go topup offer to the world with a host of different advertising elements, fronted by a rich media campaign ad. Beating traditional production company directors to the post, I stepped in as Dare's in-house director and promptly took a crew from Bluefin TV to Brick Lane to street cast some vox-popz interviewees. With a shoestring budget, I pushed for film lenses on HD cam to produce a softer, bigger budget feel.
